Jigsaw Meeting collects personal private information from you when you register for an Jigsaw Meeting account or when you use any of the Solutions offered by Jigsaw Meeting. The purpose of this information collection includes but is not limited to, facilitating and delivering the Solutions/Services that Customer has ordered from Jigsaw Meeting, maintaining the accounting and billing contact information along with other financial records necessary, keeping our Customers informed about new products, solutions and services, identifying new product, solution and service options to continue to expand meeting the needs of our Customers, customizing our marketing and advertising information and to allow us to communication with you about certain trials, pricing specials and other aspects of our corporate and sales information unless Customer requests not to be contacted for these areas.
The information we request includes but may not be limited to: your name, company name, billing and shipping address, occupation, telephone number, email address and in some cases credit card information when you order our Solutions on line. Customers who use our Solutions request all participants to register prior to a virtual meeting or educational session prior to attending. When you register for these sessions you may be asked to provide additional personal information such as gender, zip code, industry, area of specialty. While this information is provided to the Customer hosting the session, Jigsaw Meeting may store this information on behalf of our customers, as necessary to fulfill our obligations to our customers. Jigsaw Meeting require that all such customers use, hold and process all personal private information in accordance with all applicable privacy laws.
Jigsaw Meeting will not sell, rent or give away your personal private information. We disclose personal private information in very limited circumstances. These circumstances include but are not limited to:
